If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, or for items damaged in transit, you may return your item. You must advise me by email within 2 days of receipt.Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding postage).
You will be responsible for paying for your own postage for returning your item.
Postage costs are non-refundable unless the item you are returning has been deemed faulty or damaged on delivery.
If 14 days have gone by since receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
